Xenon Bargains provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Xenon Bargains attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Xenon Bargains does not warrant that product descriptions and photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Xenon Bargains itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

PRODUCT USE

Some of the products offered by Xenon Bargains are for competition, show or off-road use only. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations.

PRICE

All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees when applicable are not included unless specified otherwise. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. All orders will be charged in US dollars (USD).

PAYMENT

All sales must be prepaid. We currently accept credit/debit card payments and money transfers through Paypal. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. All payments will be cleared before items are shipped.

SECURITY

Financial transactions are handled by a third party financial institution using industry-standard secure SSL connections and encryption for safe service.

SHIPPING

For your security, items will only be shipped to the billing address without exceptions. We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS and CanadaPost for shipping items to Canada and the USA. All shipping charges are displayed upon checkout, before the payment is made. We may contact you if the shipping charges change. In-stock items ship the same day if ordered before 3PM ET. In certain instances, backorder items ship directly from the manufacturer for faster service. All orders are shipped from within the USA and Canada.

RETURNS

Damaged in shipping - If the packaging of the item you receive appears damaged, first, notify the carrier immediately and file a complaint with the carrier. Then contact us with your Paypal transaction number and tracking number. The carrier is responsible for damage incurred during shipping. All orders are 100% insured for the full value of the items.

10-day trial period - If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Shipping is not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns. If shipping was free when you ordered, a shipping allowance will also be deducted from your refund. You must obtain a return authorization before shipping the item back to us. All returns must be authorized by us first. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns will be authorized only for items in original, clean, never-installed, undamaged condition within 10 days of delivery of the items.

All parts must be returned in the original packaging. A copy of the Paypal transaction record must be included as well as the return authorization number we will provide you. The refund will be made through Paypal. Absolutely no refunds will be made after 10 days.

WARRANTY

All xenon lights sold by Xenon Bargains are covered by a 15-year warranty against defects. Individual or replacement parts sold individually are covered by a 1-yr warranty.

Xenon lights are covered under our 15-year warranty for as long as the original customer owns them. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner. If at any time, any part of the kit becomes defective, please contact our warranty department immediately. You will be given instructions to troubleshoot the xenon lights and isolate the defective component. We will make arrangements to have you ship the defective part(s) to us for inspection and we will send you a replacement.

The customer must pay for shipping of the defective parts and replacement parts. We do not cover the cost of shipping. Package that are shipped "Freight Collect Receiver" will be refused.

The warranty is void if the xenon lights are not used for their intended purpose, modified, damaged due to improper installation or handling, water damage, fire, acts of nature, abuse, vehicle crash, or any type of impact.

Xenon Bargains is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of its products. Xenon Bargains cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper installation. Professional installation is recommended.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting XenonBargains.com, you agree that the laws of the province of Quebec, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Xenon Bargains.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Xenon Bargains or to products you purchase through Xenon Bargains shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Quebec, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Xenon Bargains' intellectual property rights, Xenon Bargains may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in the province of Quebec, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators' award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
