How do you ship the xenon lights?
We use FedEx Ground and UPS Standard to ship our xenon lights across the USA and Canada. All packages are shipped fully insured, with a tracking number.
When will I receive my xenon lights?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if ordered before 3PM Eastern time. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day. Actual delivery time depends on the location of the customer. In general, customers on the West Coast will receive their kit is 1-3 business days. Customers on the East Coast will receive their kit in 2-4 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email from FedEx or UPS with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package until it is delivered to your door.
Do you ship outside the USA/Canada?
We ship to most international locations via air mail. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
What is covered under the 15-year Warranty?
Every single part of the xenon conversion kit is covered by our 15-year warranty. If any of the parts in the kit stops functioning properly within 15 years of the date of purchase, simply contact us for a replacement. Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear is not covered by the warranty. For more details, please read the Terms and Conditions
How long is the warranty valid for?
Every single part of your xenon conversion kit is covered by our warranty for 15 years from the date of purchase.
What should I do if I need a warranty replacement?
You should contact us. One of our support technicians will troubleshoot the problem with you. If after troubleshooting, you still need a part replaced, we will give you instructions on how to return the defective part. Do not return defective parts without a return authorization number. The package will be refused and returned to you.
Can I return my xenon lights?
If you are not fully satisfied with your xenon lights, contact us to arrange for its return within 10 days of the date of delivery. We will refund you the price of purchase (excluding shipping) less a 20% restocking fees. Do not return a kit without a return authorization number. The package will be refused and returned to you. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
